Following up on our announcement last month, we’re now delighted to share our new opt-in form, which allows you to select which type(s) of information you receive from NISO. Until now, we’ve been using a single email list for all our news and updates. Our new system will allow you to opt in by topic — starting in April, once it has been implemented, we will be able to use your preferences to ensure you only receive information from us that is of interest to you
You can choose one or more of the following options:

NISO announcements: press releases and other official announcements about all aspects of our work

NISO I/O: our monthly Information Organized newsletter on all things standards/information-related

Educational programming: information about our virtual and in-person educational events

Standards updates: news about NISO’s standards program and working groups, including our ISO work

NISO Plus: updates on our annual conference
Please complete this simple form between now and April 1 to ensure that you continue to learn about NISO and other standards-related activities and events. Otherwise, you will no longer receive news and updates from NISO after that date.
You can change your preferences or opt out at any time; however, please note that you will continue to receive communications about any NISO activities you formally participate in —for example, if you are a designated NISO member contact or are a member of a working group or committee.
