Bohyun Kim is the Chief Technology Officer and an Associate Professor at the University of Rhode Island Libraries. She is the author of two books: Understanding Gamification(2015) and Library Mobile Experience: Practices and User Expectations(2013) and the Past President of the Library and Information Technology Association (LITA). She serves on the advisory boards of the American Library Association’s Public Policy and Advocacy Office for Information Technology Policy, San Jose State University School of Information, and Library Pipeline.
