Currently the Director of User Experience for Wolters Kluwer Health, Bobby is an expert in creating and delivering holistic, enterprise-wide, customer-centric solutions. He is engaged in user research and in developing products using multiple methodologies such as RUP, Agile, and Extreme. Bobby prides himself as the perfect liaison between customers, business stakeholders and developers be being a strong advocate for usability and having a strong understanding of web technologies.
