Early in the month of December, Gary Price of InfoDocket alerted us to the AAP announcment of a suit against the state of Maryland.

Price continued to update that news page with statements emerging throughout the month from supporters of both sides with regard to ebook licensing agreements and pricing.

The news was such that mainstream news outlet Axios reported on the suit and its implications for libraries as well as rights holders..
