Lombe is responsible for improving equity of participation in ORCID in currently underrepresented areas, especially the Global South. She is also responsible for growing membership and adoption in currently underrepresented regions whilst ensuring member satisfaction and value. She has a BA in Economics and an MA in Development Studies.
Outside of work, Lombe enjoys reading, travelling and cooking.
