Esther Dell is Scholarship Access and Support Librarian at the Harrell Health Sciences Library: Research & Learning Commons, Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She has been on the Library faculty since 1988, with responsibilities evolving around academic priorities and technology advancements. Among other things, she oversees the Interlibrary Loan operation and is the liaison librarian to Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Anesthesiology and Public Health Sciences. Her special interests are copyright, scholarly communications and open access as well as alternative /complementary health. She received her AMLS from the University of Michigan.
