Impelsys Announces Acquisition of Delta Think

Impelsys, a digital solutions provider in healthcare, publishing, and education, has announced its acquisition of Delta Think, the consultancy advising academic publishers, institutions, and other stakeholders in scholarly communications. Delta Think's will maintain its brand and leadership team, and the move will enable both organizations to expand their current offerings. 

With the acquisition, Impelsys will add Delta Think's expertise in strategy and business insight to its technical offerings for publishers while supporting the consultancy with its AI-powered solutions.
