Ralph Youngen has more than 30 years of experience with the scholarly publishing industry. Ralph is currently Senior Director of Digital Strategy for the American Chemical Society, where he has responsibility for the organization’s peer review and content delivery platforms. For the past several years Ralph has held leadership positions in several community efforts aimed at providing streamlined and secure access to scholarly content. Ralph was past Co-Chair of RA21, serves on the governance committee for SeamlessAccess, is one of the founders of GetFTR, and serves on the executive steering group of SNSI.
