Shana McDanold joined Georgetown University as their Head of Metadata Services in 2012. Shana came there from the University of Pennsylvania, where she worked as the Head of the Electronic Resources & Serials Cataloging Unit. That background brought with it a broad range of knowledge and experience in cataloging. Shana works with the Library’s collections to enhance the discoverability of information for the Georgetown community. She received her MLS degree from Indiana University in Bloomington.
