Project COUNTER RFP
COUNTER has issued a Request for Proposals for the creation of tools to support the COUNTER community.
The tools required will support the implementation and use of the Code of Practice Release 5. These are the Release 5 Validation Tool and the Release 5 Consortium Harvesting Tools.
