Adam Chandler

Electronic Resources User Experience Librarian

Adam Chandler is currently Electronic Resources User Experience Librarian at Cornell University Library (CUL). He served as chair of the NISO Improving OpenURLs Through Analytics (IOTA) Working Group. He is co-designer of the Classical Works Knowledge Base (cwkb.org). Adam was a member of the Digital Library Federation’s Electronic Resource Management Initiative (ERMI) Steering Group from 2001 until 2005. He was also co-founder and co-chair of the NISO Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative (SUSHI) from 2005 until 2009. In 2005, he became a founding member of CUL's User Assessment and Usability Group, and he has personally directed numerous studies of patron behavior. He is co-designer of CUL’s custom location-based anonymizing Web log reporting system.
