Marlowe Bogino

Clinical and Reference Librarian and Assistant Professor

Marlowe Bogino holds an AHIP (Academy of Health Information Professionals) as well as a MSLS from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, a BS of Allied Health from Widener University and AAS degree in Respiratory Care from Delaware Technical and Community College.  She has worked as the Director of the Medical Libraries at Christiana Care hospital in Delaware and is currently the Clinical and Reference Librarian with Rowan University and Cooper University Health System Hospital in Camden, New Jersey.  Her current role affords her the opportunity to work with multiple diverse groups including administrative staff, clinicians, residents, nursing, allied health professionals, university faculty and medical students. Primarily, she provides instructional support through sharing of library health resources and conducting advanced clinical literature searching. Since her time at Rowan, she has focused her learning and training on supporting evidence-based practice searching techniques and participating in library and university wide committees focused on diversity, equity and inclusion
