Teri Oaks Gallaway is Interim Executive Director of LOUIS: The Louisiana Library Network. She joined LOUIS after ten years at Loyola University New Orleans, where she was an Associate Professor in the Monroe Library and Associate Director for Research, Scholarship & Technology for the University Honors Program. At LOUIS she led the development of the Affordable Learning LOUISiana initiative. Her research explores the opportunities and outcomes of open educational resource (OER) programs and their institutional impacts.
